Method: Co-branded (Elsevier and Sense About Science) online survey in English, 15 minutes to complete. Fieldwork took place in May 2019 while the results are now at the Elsevier site.
Result: 3,133 researchers responded to a survey of 98,160 individuals selected from database of 3.6 million researchers (3.2 % response rate).
