Fuji X-E2 and X-T20 compared
During the FUJI roadshow yesterday at Upside East in Munich, I could borrow a X-T20 (including a 16/1.4 and 56/1.2) and compare it to my X-E2 (27/2.8). So nice to point and shoot from the back display while I am having now major issues with the RAF files.
As Lightroom 5 does not support those older files, I use the Irident X Transformer with standard settings. Just for comparison, this is what I would have expected:
And this is what I get, a lot of artifacts at the higher zoom level click on the picture for more details).
Is this the worm problem? An issue of the X-T20
- A. in general
- B. of this particular camera
- C. the situation (ISO 1000, F1.4, 1/250…)
- D. the RAW converter or
- E. of my eyes?
I tried Capture One conversion and find the same issue, but not when browsing the RAF files with Lyn.
I downloaded some demo X-T20 RAF files from the internet and converted them without any problem.
So I am a bit lost here.
