Only those epidemiologists have enough funds for doing research who are spending most of their time on fund raising, speaking into every microphone and smiling into every camera.<!--more--> There is, however, a downside as this is getting soon self perpetuating where the relevance of scientific questions or the quality of own contribution does not matter anymore.<br \/>\nBTW These &#8220;smart&#8221; cars can now be found at the streets of Madrid &#8211;  a response to the horrible 2004 Al Qaeda attacks? Or data grabber for Googles &#8220;Street View&#8221;?
