So far I tried <a href=\"http:\/\/rna.tbi.univie.ac.at\/cgi-bin\/RNAz.cgi\">RNAz<\/a> based on a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pnas.org\/cgi\/content\/abstract\/0409169102v1\">PNAS 2005<\/a> paper &#8211; another one was <a href=\"http:\/\/rnagene.lbl.gov\/\">RNA Genie<\/a>. Next step will be the new <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencemag.org\/cgi\/content\/full\/316\/5830\/1484\">Gingeras paper<\/a> that describes even a new class of RNA genes.
