H\u00f6here Langzeitmittelwerte von NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>zeigen zwar eine schlechtere Luftsituation an,\u00a0100 \u03bcg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>\u00a0ist nat\u00fcrlich schlechter als\u00a010 \u03bcg\/m<sup>3<\/sup>. Aber NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>ist in dem Konzentrationsbereich 10-1000 nur ein Marker, der nicht isoliert gewertet werden darf. \u00a0So verschiebt sich bei\u00a0Oxidation in der Au\u00dfenluft das NO\/NO2 Verh\u00e4ltnis zu h\u00f6heren NO2-Anteilen. Isolierte NO<sub>2<\/sub>\u00a0Werte, wie sie jetzt von der Stadt M\u00fcnchen herausgegeben, sind in Bezug auf Gesundheitsrisiken nicht besonders relevant und t\u00e4uschen dar\u00fcber hinweg, dass die tats\u00e4chlichen Emissionen immer noch hoch sind. NO2 schwankt zudem stark zwischen den Jahren. Selbst das UBA sagt, Zitat: &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.umweltbundesamt.de\/themen\/luft\/daten-karten\/entwicklung-der-luftqualitaet#textpart-1\">Die Luftqualit\u00e4t unterliegt derzeit mehr oder weniger starken zwischenj\u00e4hrlichen Schwankungen.<\/a>&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Zum Vergleich lese ich hier nochmal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC1678953\/\">meine Daten aus Die Unterschiede von (background) NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub> zwischen Stadt und Land sind zwar messbar, geben aber keine regionale Aufl\u00f6sung in einem, sagen wir 10 km Grid her.\u00a0\u00a0Die\u00a0NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>Messung h\u00e4ngt sehr vom Messort ab, ist hoch volatil durch <a href=\"https:\/\/uk-air.defra.gov.uk\/assets\/documents\/reports\/aqeg\/nd-summary.pdf\">Wetter, Klima und v.a. Wind beeinflusst<\/a>, dazu in dem unteren Messbereich auch toxikologisch nicht relevant. Die NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>Werte eignen sich also nicht zur Entwarnung vor Gesundheitsrisiken, aber auch nicht zu Aussperrung von Dieselfahrzeugen (seit 1990 ging die NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>Emission um mehr als 50% zur\u00fcck, ich bin nicht ganz sicher, wie der Plot heute ausfallen w\u00fcrde, ich vermute aber nicht sehr unterschiedlich).<\/p>\n<p>Wie soll die Politik einen solchen Sachverhalt verstehen, den viele Wissenschaftler nicht verstehen?\u00a0Nach meiner Einsch\u00e4tzung ist das politische Ziel sinnlos, einen isolierten Schadstoffmarker zu senken. Mit weniger\u00a0NO<sub>2\u00a0<\/sub>in der Luft wird allenfalls eine Korrelation beeinflusst, aber nicht das Gesundheitsrisiko.
