Interestingly, more than half of these genomic regions overlap with transcription start sites, but the change of chromatin accessibility at these sites has no direct effect on the transcriptome.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Early responses are described for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniprot.org\/uniprot\/O94901\">SUN1<\/a> (funny in this context :-), <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniprot.org\/uniprot\/Q8TES7\">FBF1<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uniprot.org\/uniprot\/Q9P2S5\">WRAP73<\/a>.
