Die im Evangelium versprochene und Wirklichkeit gewordene  Rechtfertigung befreite von allen falschen Abh\u00e4ngigkeiten in der Welt und ermutigte zur Verantwortung f&uuml;r den N\u00e4chsten im Alltag des eigenen Lebens. Die Reformation f&uuml;hrte bei aller Kritik im einzelnen  auch zu einer grunds\u00e4tzlichen W&uuml;rdigung der modernen Lebenswelt. Eine aufgekl\u00e4rte, den Diskurs mit den Wissenschaften auf Augenh\u00f6he suchende Form evangelischer Theologie wurde zum Kennzeichen des Protestantismus. Dieses Erbe einer aufgekl\u00e4rten Fr\u00f6mmigkeit gilt es auch f&uuml;r die Zukunft zu sichern.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is not easy to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ekd.de\/english\/2169.html\">translate<\/a>: What about &#8220;An enlighted protestantic theology, seeking discourse with science on an equal footing, became the hallmark of protestantism&#8221;?
