Even German <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spiegel.de\/wissenschaft\/technik\/china-mediziner-faelschen-offenbar-hunderte-medizin-studien-a-65a950df-1a72-4396-a232-fb1f48cc98df\">Spiegel<\/a> reported now on that based on an <a href=\"https:\/\/forbetterscience.com\/2020\/01\/24\/the-full-service-paper-mill-and-its-chinese-customers\/\">excellent article by@schneiderleonid<\/a> that is itself based on work of <a href=\"https:\/\/pubpeer.com\/publications\/EC15817E122FD29E743A432ABC72EF\">Indigofera Tanganyikensis<\/a>, @MicrobiomDigest, @SmutClyde, and many others.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>In China, clinicians are expected to publish a certain number of research papers in international journals if they want to be promoted. This practice could greatly amplify the burden of paper mill manuscripts on journals and peer reviewers.
