A compensation for an artist who had been included in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.welt.de\/welt_print\/article1037695\/Die_Nazis_hatten_kein_klares_Konzept.html\">&#8220;Entartete Kunst&#8221; exhibition<\/a> on July 1937 in less than 2 km distance.
