Me too&#8230;<br \/>\nWith having fever from a flu on the way back to Europe, a picture <a href=\"http:\/\/laroucheplanet.info\/pmwiki\/images\/the3monkeys.jpg\" data-rel=\"key-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\" title=\"\">came to my mind<\/a> showing the 3 apes that are unable to see, hear and speak &#8230;<br \/>\nMail me if there remain any doubts about the Th1 blocking effect of D3 or go to one of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ebmonline.org\/cgi\/content\/full\/223\/3\/230\">recent reviews<\/a> &#8211; I have take this for granted as it is even in standard textbooks like <a href=\"http:\/\/www.roitt.com\/\">Roitt&#8217;s Immunology<\/a>.<!--more--><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\nIn vivo, 1,25-(OH)2D3 supplementation prevents EAE and arthritis development (24, 25), and injected 1,25-(OH)2D3 has been shown to prolong the time to the development of murine IDDM &#8230; In vitro, 1,25-(OH)2D3 inhibits T-cell proliferation and decreases the production of the Th1 cytokines IL-2, IFN-{gamma}, and TNF-{alpha} (27).
