I prefer the last one; <a href=\"http:\/\/pngu.mgh.harvard.edu\/~purcell\/plink\/rfunc.shtml\">the Plink website<\/a> now as a nice documentation how to do that. Unfortunately I didn&#8217; get the Rserve process running under OS X.
