After 3 minutes Word Mac 2011, Version 14 crashed, leaving only a temporary file back on my OSX 10.7.4 desktop.<\/p>\n<p>As restarting Word did not work, I used disk utility, that recommended to be started from another disk. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wjst.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Bildschirmfoto-2012-06-28-um-15.36.19.png\" data-rel=\"key-image-0\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wjst.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Bildschirmfoto-2012-06-28-um-15.36.19.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"241\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6026\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>When doing so, it recommended to reformat my hard disk (which I did).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wjst.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Bildschirmfoto-2012-06-28-um-15.40.09.png\" data-rel=\"key-image-1\" data-rl_title=\"\" data-rl_caption=\"\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wjst.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/06\/Bildschirmfoto-2012-06-28-um-15.40.09.png\" alt=\"\" title=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"225\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6025\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Strange but true &#8211;  2 days later &#8211; the same Word document induced the same behavior.
