This certainly impacts health and quality of life in regulating sleep; particular interesting is entrainment, the synchronisation to the external day. <\/p>\n<p>Here is a link to an EU project that I recently came across during a poster session &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.euclock.org\/\">euclock<\/a>.
