The <a href=\"http:\/\/escholarship.umassmed.edu\/gsbs_diss\/104\/\">RUNX factors<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\ncolocalized in common subnuclear foci. Furthermore, RUNX subnuclear foci contain the co-regulatory protein CBF\u00ce\u00b2, which heterodimerizes with RUNX factors, and nascent transcripts as shown by BrUTP incorporation.
