The history of this quote is difficult to trace. cnet believes it is wrong to attribute it to IBM Chairman Thomas J. Watson.Anyway here is a photo that I took in September 1984 in Sheffield, GB – note the TV screens as we didn´t even have computer screens at all. Since 1986 I was programming a Sharp handheld and later on a Schneider/Amstrad.
