Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your PlagScan account.
As stated on the PlagScan website, all unused credits expired on December 31, 2024 and access to accounts ended on that date.
According to PlagScan’s Terms and Conditions (see §7 Duration, dismissal and changes):
If any of our service has to be abandoned for one or another reason, all customers will be informed as early as possible. A redemption of credit is transmitted, if customer information is less than 3 months on short notice before cancellation of the service.
Notification was posted on the PlagScan website on June 17, 2024; therefore we have satisfied the relevant obligation to notify under the Terms and Conditions. Because of this notification policy, refunds for unused credits will not be processed.
We appreciate your use of PlagScan and hope that you have enjoyed our service.

Thank you,
Best Regards,
Fleming
