Everything seems different now as the Iphone settings now appear in the Finder when connected via USB. I also had difficulties to locate the Iphone also in the network settings of the Macbook. It will appear only after switching on an “hotspot” in the Iphone settings even when the Iphone’s Wi-Fi is off…
