I have always been amused by the fact being listed at the HUGO meetings immediately after a Nobel winner as WJ–ST follows WA–TSON. Not so amused by his many ignorant, egocentric and biologistic statements I found now his autobiography sketch “Avoid boring people”. If you have to earn your money with science it’s a quite provocative and arrogant title (and even impossible to avoid boring people) although there might be some truth in it – an excerpt can be found online. Other bloggers write about scientific gossip (http://bayblab.blogspot.com/2007/09/avoid-boring-people.html) or find at least some of the advices obsolete (Ontogeny) which is in contrast to formal reviews, yea, yea.
